卷三一二、读 The Inside of the Cup说部

　　连日读Winston Churchill's The Inside of the Cup（丘吉尔的《圣杯之中》）说部，以今日宗教问题为主脑，写耶教最近之趋向，畅快淋漓，读之不忍释手，盖晚近说部中之最有力者也。书名出“路加”十一篇三十九节：

　　Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter；but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.（如今你们法利塞人洗净了圣杯之外部，但你们内心却充满了邪恶。）

　　耶稣痛恨伪君子之词也。
